Things are Quieting Down

You may not think so after I describe the news, but it does mean things are becoming quieter and more stable.

I’d reported earlier that Phoebe was leaning more to the slave than the submissive.  She is now entirely a slave and happy to be so.  Someone that I wasn’t mentioning by name yet, but can now, is Rey.  Rey is 38 and has been in the Lifestyle a lot longer than I or Phoebe, but after some talk, dates, and sessions, she is now also a collared slave for me.  I have Phoebe and Rey as my Polycule.  Phoebe and Rey already knew each other quite well before I came along, so this works wonderfully.  

FetLife, which is essentially the Facebook of BDSM Lifestyles, displays the changes to all our profiles, and it feels excellent.  It doesn’t necessarily mean my blog will undergo significant changes.  I was already beginning to write more M/s than D/s, and my latest submissive stories had the element of the Master owning a slave or two already.  For the most part, the stories will remain fictional, but some reality will seep in here and there.  No, I’m not going to tell you when or where.  Why spoil it?

Submissives

I have changed my profile on Fet to show I am no longer looking for a slave or submissive.  I am for Play Partners, and if a submissive wants to be considered for a D/s relationship, then it’s possible, but Phoebe and Rey would vet her first.  There is one woman I have worked with on scenes whom I hope to continue working with.  There is another one that I was possibly going to see with, but that is over now. This is what I mean by things being quieter and more stable.

I still have and will continue to have many female submissive friends.  My girls are not jealous and encourage me to have fun and play.  They each have one or two play partners themselves.  My having the two of them should keep my spanking hand busy enough without needed much more in the way of bottoms…but if one offers??  Heh…

Munchables

I am also cutting down the number and frequency of Munches.  One of their purposes is no longer necessary in trying to find new subs etc.  There are one or two in the community who know I’d love to spank them.  They are aware and they are not adverse but it just hasn’t happened yet and there’s been no rush.

Maintenance

My girls will be spanked at least once a week over my knee and they like this rule.  I can happen more often, of course, but that is a requirement.  They are happy to fulfill it.  They are both very much masochists and it’s fun to make them sing the same songs when I’m with one or the other.  It’s kind of funny how similar they can sound at…certain times. *Evil Grin*

What IS the difference?

It would be helpful to make it more straightforward the difference between a submissive and a slave.  Basically, submissives are asked to obey and negotiate obedience.  Slaves will obey, and I choose whether or not to let them have a say in limits, etc.  I usually do.  I usually also make sure they know why I want to do something to or with them.  Many Masters/Mistresses don’t feel a need to explain anything, which seems rather rude to me.

I tell, not ask, I command, not request.  There are no cages or chains involved.  Not really even any bondage since neither they nor I have a strong fetish for that.  Oh, they know to maintain a proper position during a spanking, etc. But I don’t need to cuff them.  They hold still because they’ve given me their obedience.  I don’t need to force them.  

It took me a little bit to get my mind around the idea that there are women who do want a Master to control them.  Some Masters/Mistresses wish to have total control.  Boooooorrrriinnnngggg!!  I control aspects of their lives that they have given me, like a sub would.  I also listen and can hear when they want me to take control of a situation or tell them to do something, without asking any questions.  They are very obedient, and the idea of disobedience or displeasing me is…well…very abhorrent to them.

There are specific, structured rules that you don’t need to know.  I’ve told you the spanking weekly one.  There are rules about posting on Fet on certain days.  They’ve already included in their profiles that anyone seeking permission to play with or meet with them must speak with me first.  Yes, I will let them have a say, but just a say.

In return, I’m making it much like in the Hanna story.  Any submissives who wish to become more than a play partner must be vetted by Phoebe and Rey first.  It only seemed fair.  They already do it anyway.  I’ve told them I had a new fan and they have already checked out what this girl has posted and the flavor of them, etc, to report to me.  Might as well permit what is going ot happen anyway…right?

What About?
