Master Musings

Not sure if people aren’t positive this was a story or real life. To clarify, it was and is real life. Perhaps I have shocked a few readers? I don’t know. It was received a lot more quietly than I’d expected but that’s fine. There will be more coming, probably once a week or so. Thanks to those who did respond with questions or comments.

Texas/Wrexus

Wrexus was the title of my playlist I listened to while driving on my journey. I have come back with a bit more coloring mostly from my Sea World day, I think. I also think I am in better shape than previously with all the moving and doings for an old man like me. I did hear recently that I do look surprising well for my age. She was not one to give out compliments easily either. It was nice since I am over twice her age.

If you can go to the tap, turn it on cold water, and feel cold water coming out then be very grateful. Cold water from the tap is a myth in Texas. I missed it a great deal and didn’t really appreciate it here at home until I no longer could get a cold drink of water from the tap. Well, fairly cold anyway.

I can also report that New Mexico also has Twin Peaks! I stopped in Albuquerque for lunch and just did a search for kicks and giggles. Lo and behold, my mecca was there! Didn’t find any in Colorado and as for my home state? Yeah, right. We used to have a Hooters a long time ago but it shut down. The same is true for a strip club downtown. Hair today, gone to Maui.

With some trepidation, I’m waiting for the bill for toll roads in Texas to come. I know it will eventually. It’s almost worth paying for the toll sticker next time since it halves the tolls I will need to be paying. It’s nearly impossible to not use a toll road without making others wait a very long time for you!

Munchables

Just attended a Munch for the local group I’ve been attending. It’s my third event with them. A nice young lady I’d met before at the other two is the kind person who said I look pretty good for my age. She is a gay domme/sadist. It was a lot of fun to talk shop with her and also a new acquaintance who is a male, hetero dom/sadist. I stayed until late enjoying the conversations and the byplay with old and new friends.

I saw on FetLife there is another group meeting for a Munch. It is a Spanko group but they are very welcoming of new people. I may or may not have talked a friend from last night into going as well. Either way, I will be going and will report on it. It’s on the 11th. My new dom/sadist male friend goes to one in a valley to the south and recommended I go to that one, too. I plan to do so.

Polly Wolly

For me and I know for others, looking for a new job when you already have a job seems to make it work so much better or easier. This is also true of meeting new kinksters. Having my own sub/slave in Lila, I feel a lot less pressure or tension in meeting new folks. I can truly say if it happens, it happens. I know what I am coming home to and that she will always be there for me (not physically at home for the curious). Lila knew from the very beginning I was polyamorous and supports me in my endeavors. She loves to hear about my new acquaintances, etc.

I had fun bragging on her to a couple of the friends at the event last night. I will note it was interesting I felt no need to explain further than she was my submissive. Explaining further that she is also my collared slave seemed superfluous and I had no need to flaunt it. The group I was in would not have seen it as a stigma or something shocking but I didn’t need to parade the fact either. I know, Lila knows it, and that’s all I need. Well, you, Folks, know it, too but that’s different.

Jiggity-Jig

It is nice to be home again. I missed my beautiful, big TV. I’ve been working through rewatching the John Wick stuff in preparation for seeing Ballerina tomorrow night. I did see the new Mission Impossible movie while in Texas. I enjoyed it a lot. In fact, I am going to rewatch it later this afternoon. I’m an AMC A+ member so get 3 free movies a week with my subscription. I make back the money each month with just one visit since I always get drinks, etc. I get rewards enough now that I don’t even pay for those anymore. Life is good as a professional bum!
